Digital Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, a refund will not be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing:
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you encounter issues with the course, please contact us for assistance.
6. Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company;
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
